Welcome to MARS Maintenance Services (“MARS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our maintenance, repair, and related services (“Services”). By scheduling, booking, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided

MARS offers on-demand, scheduled, and preventive maintenance and repair services for residential, commercial, industrial, and automotive equipment.

Certain specialized services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) may require licensed subcontractors, which MARS may engage on your behalf.

Service availability may vary based on location, technician availability, and the type of work requested.
2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

By booking, you represent that you are the owner, tenant, or authorized agent of the property/equipment where services are requested.
3. Estimates, Pricing & Payments

Service estimates will be provided before work begins, but final costs may vary depending on actual labor, parts, or unforeseen issues.

Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments via [credit/debit card, ACH, digital payment platforms, etc.].

Unpaid balances may result in late fees, suspension of future services, and/or collection actions.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Emergency or same-day cancellations may incur additional charges.
5. Warranties & Limitations

MARS warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

Warranty for parts or equipment is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty.

MARS is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage or defects.

Equipment failures due to misuse, neglect, or lack of proper upkeep outside of our services.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business or revenue).

6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe, reasonable access to the service location and equipment.

Disclose any hazards, prior issues, or relevant service history.

Ensure utilities (water, power, gas, etc.) are available for work requiring them.
7. Subcontractors
MARS may subcontract certain services to licensed and insured professionals. Customers will be informed when subcontractors are engaged.
8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided and does not cover indirect losses.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold MARS harmless from claims arising from misuse, third-party interference, or unsafe conditions at the service site.

Predictive maintenance recommendations are based on data, inspections, and best practices but cannot guarantee prevention of all failures.

Customers remain responsible for following service schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
10. Dispute Resolution

11. Termination
